Year 10 Café Culture & Year 10 Food Catering

As part of their design brief, the Year 10 café culture class had to design, cost, produce, and evaluate their own cake creations, which turned out amazing. They also made lemon tarts with Swiss meringue.


The year 10 food catering made their own ravioli pasta and buttermilk chicken which was delicious.
