From the Principal's Desk

Loving God,
Help us to work together
to share what we have
so that everyone has what they need.
Help us to build a better world
where each of us can become the best person we can be.
Amen

Working Together: The Power of Schools and Families Supporting Students
At Resurrection School, we believe that a key to a students’ success lies in the partnership between families and schools. When teachers, parents, and caregivers work together, students thrive at school.
Family involvement in a child's education helps build a strong support system. By sharing insights, setting goals, and celebrating achievements together, we create an environment where students feel valued and motivated to do their best. From attending Learning in Partnership Meetings to assisting with school activities, every small effort makes a difference.
We will continue to strengthen our partnership for the benefit of your child when we meet together on Tuesday, March 18th for the Learning in Partnership Meetings to discuss progress so far this year.
Together, we can help our students grow into confident, capable individuals.
Please note: due to limited staff numbers to assist with supervision on March 18th, we ask that students be picked up at 1.40-1.50p.m. from their classrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: UNIFORM
At Resurrection School, all students are required to wear the correct uniform. This includes black shoes and the Resurrection School bag. Sports shoes can be brought to school on any day for an additional class PE lesson but must only be worn at recess and lunch times.
As part of our SunSmart Policy, students must wear their Resurrection School hats when they are outside.
Hair needs to be tied back if below students’ shoulders.
Jewellery: Only studs or sleepers can be worn, no other jewellery.
Please ensure that all clothing is clearly named.
Students wear their t-shirt to school (including the Year 6 t-shirt), however, long sleeved t-shirts are not to be worn underneath.
