Parents' voice

We hope that everyone is enjoying the School’s Arts Festival today. Thank you to Mat Thompson for all your work to arrange food trucks to come to the School. As the term draws to a close, we look to Term 4 and all the events that the Parent’s Committee has planned to close out the year on a high.

The PC will use this opportunity to hold a fundraising BBQ and cake stall. We are looking for a second “Cake Boss” to join the team and another BBQ coordinator to assist us. Diwali – Festival of Light, November (Date to be Confirmed): Plans are under to hold this colourful celebration of light at CJC again. Date to be confirmed. Please let us know if you would like to assist.
End of Year Party, 1 December 2023 3.30 – 6.30: Please hold the date for the End of Year Party on Friday, 1 December.
Silent Auction, 1 December 2023: We will run our popular silent auction again cumulating at the End of Year Party– last year the auction and bike raffle raised $9000 and this year we have even bigger plans. We need some extra volunteers to join the existing team: At least 2 people to assist us with finding donations early in term 4 and someone to assist with uploading the donations into our Galabid software (can be done remotely).
Auction Donations: If you have something that you could donate for the auction please get in touch. For example: Food, sweets, drinks, art works, gym class passes, professional or artistic services, use of a holiday house, meal at a cafe or restaurant, lawnmowing/gardening services, babysitting, etc… caulfieldjuniorpc@gmail.com
Friday Treats:. A reminder that the sale for the last week of term 4 is electronic sales only as the School cannot hold cash over the holidays. Cash and card sale will resume in Term 4.
