Emotions: How we feel.

Grateful: Focusing on what's good in our lives and being thankful for the things we have.


ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Ask your child to draw a picture of something they are grateful for. Have a conversation with your child about why they are grateful for this/that/them. What emotion does this make them feel? 

 

Optional - Complete the below Gratitude scavenger hunt with your child. Model to them how to show gratitude in our every day lives.
