F/1A and F/1B News

This week, the F/1 students began their structured learning. The Foundation students are quickly learning their new classroom routines, while the Grade 1 students are being impressive role models. 

Our F/1 students have been working hard in Maths and have enjoyed working with numbers in a range of different ways.  We have been writing the numbers, ordering numbers and counting collections of items to 20. 

Grade 2

In writing this week students have been using strategies to generate more ideas. 

Students described their favourite place using their five senses and then published their writing on the iPads. 

We welcome Hollie into Grade 2. She will be working in our classroom providing support to students. We absolutely love having her in class!
