Principal's Message

Dear Holy Family Parents and Carers,

Parent Information Evening - Thank You

I would like to express my appreciation for your attendance at the Parent Information Evening this week. I hope that the information shared during the event was valuable and provided insights into the various aspects of our school in particular our Strategic Plan.

Your questions, comments, and suggestions are appreciated and I encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts with the teachers and staff as we work together to create a positive and enriching learning environment for your child. If here is anything you would like to discuss in more detail, please do not hesitate to reach out.  We value the strong partnership between our school and our parents.

Meet the Teacher Meetings

You are invited to book a meeting time via Compass to come and "Meet the Teacher". This is a valuable opportunity for parents to connect with their child's teacher and establish a positive and collaborative relationship. The purpose of the meeting is to share a bit about your family and your child and to mention any unique qualities, interests, or learning styles your child may have. This will help the teacher in understanding your child better.

It is also a time to communicate any concerns or specific information about your child that would be helpful for the teacher to know, please share them during this meeting. Whether it's related to learning styles, health concerns, or personal circumstances, open communication is key. It is important to establish a partnership between you and the teacher for the benefit of your child's education. In preparation for the meeting could you please take some time to complete the document “My Child at His/ Her Best” as it will assist the teachers in understanding and supporting your child throughout the year.
