3AB Change of Classrooms Due to Noise Level

In week 9, 3A (Emilie's class) and 3B (Matt's class) will be using other classrooms as the noise level near their classrooms is quite distracting for their teaching & learning programs. Please take the time to look at the timetable below (which you can also find here) to see how this might affect you. Un grand merci in advance for the support you give your colleagues and their students during the renovations.

Planning Week Timetable & Lesson Plans

Please see the finalised planning week timetable HERE.  Please note that if your class has a 'Team Building' or 'Developmental Play' session indicated in the planning day timetable, it is the class teacher's responsibility to prepare a lesson plan for the specialist/ other covering staff members to teach on the planning day.

All 'Team Building' or 'Developmental Play' lesson plans should be saved HERE for easy access by specialists or CRTs on planning day.  Any queries, please let me know.

If there are other non-specialist staff covering a specialist area on planning day, specialist teachers are responsible for leaving a plan for these lessons.  Please touch base with the specialist you are covering to ensure you can access this plan.

Year 6 - Morning of the Notables

Dear teachers,

On Wednesday 1st April, our Year 6 students will be hosting their Morning of the Notables exhibition in the hall. Students will present the notable figures they have been researching in English and will be ready to explain their work and answer questions.

We would love for classes across the school to visit the exhibition and support the Year 6 students.

To help us organise the flow of visitors, each visit will last approximately 20 minutes. During Session 2 (10:00–11:00) there can be up to 3 classes per time slot, as parents and carers will also be attending at that time.

During Sessions 3 and 4 (12:00–14:00) there can be up to 4 classes per time slot.

Please write your class in an available space: 2026 Morning of the Notables Timetable

Thank you for helping us make this a meaningful audience for our students. They are very excited to present their work!

Kind regards,

The Year 6 Team
