Accountability

Industrial Action - Tuesday 24 March

Firstly, I would like to thank all of our staff - union and non union members alike. I know that we all respect other's ethical decision as to whether to strike or not and that we are all focused on doing the best for our students and our team.

Organisation at School on Tuesday

  • Most of our staff will be on the Junior Campus to facilitate student care and Emergency Management.
  • Students attending school will be cared for in Melody's classroom. Merci Melody!!)

Leave on Industrial Action Day

A reminder that if personal or carer’s leave is taken on the scheduled industrial action day next Tuesday 24 March, a required document must be provided in line with DET policy.

Please ensure appropriate documentation is submitted accordingly. Further details are available here: https://www2.education.vic.gov.au/pal/personal-leave-teaching-service/policy-and-guidance

For staff participating in the industrial action, your absence will be recorded in EduPay using the appropriate industrial action leave code 538 Strike (leave without pay). The Administration team will enter this on your behalf, and no action is required from you.

Reporting

Please note that Term 2 is our reporting term. The Reporting Timeline is here for you to peruse and keep in mind on your planning day.

The guidelines still need to be updated and will be in the Briefing Notes before the end of Term 2 just in time for some holiday reading ;-)
