Principal's Message

Good Morning,

We are now starting to come to the busy part of the year. We still have a lot to achieve but the weeks are flying by so fast. 

TELL FROM ME SURVEY

Last week each family received a paper version of the Tell Them From Me Survey. Please take the time (around 2 minutes) to fill in the survey and return to the office by Thursday 30th November. Thank you to all the families who have already brought back their surveys.

YEAR 6 CANTEEN

This week Year 6 will be selling Halloween Jelly Cups.  A cup of jelly will cost 50c and will be sold from the canteen during 3rd break.

PRINCIPAL UPDATE

There have been a few questions floating around about the principal job for next year. Unfortunately, the job will not be going to interview, and it will be filled by transfer.  At this point, Ms Kathy Nott will be starting as of next year.  Ms Nott comes with a wealth of Principal experience and she’s currently the Principal at Wee Waa Public School.  Ms Nott will be visiting Werris Creek Public School during Week 7 to have a look around and she is very excited and can’t wait to start at Werris Creek Public School.

Each week there is something new happening so please write down the days on your calendars.

Week 10 – Parent Christmas Craft, Yearly Reports Out, Class Parties, Fun Day

Specific dates/ times/permission notes will be given closer to the day.
