Seesaw Follow Up
Hi all!
Several of our teaching teams have done an incredible job uploading lots of footage of our students:
- working with their familiar staff
- sharing their work
- learning with their peers OR
- generally having a great time at school
This is important becuase many of our families rely on this feedback to have enough understanding about their child's learning. I would like to celebrate some of the great work undertaken by our teams reflecting their commitment to both their students' learning and wellbeing.
All 27 class groups are now 'active and communicating with our families' online.
Thank you teams!
As from the end of Term 4 Week 5, there is some outstanding team work to be acknowledged, as follows:
- Room 10: 1905 posts
- Room 1: 1404 posts
- Room 7: 1137 posts
- Room 5: 942 posts
- Room 3: 656 posts
- Room 19: 608 posts
- Room 15: 604 posts (the most Seesaw posts of any JSA class for the week)
- Room 12: 484 posts
- Room 23: 451 posts
- Room 2: 400 posts
Well done to those teams!
We do realise that many teams' ability to get set up has been affected for a number of reasons including teams having less staff familiar with Seesaw, not having a JSA teacher to support the ES staff or simply not knowing how to get set up to start this process.
Please link up to other buddy classrooms, your SSL or Sarah Hill (unless she already is your SSL) if you are having trouble getting set up or knowing how to upload posts on this platform.
Our goal is for all JSA families to have ongoing access to footage of their child at least once a week.
PSC Cyber Safety Unit - Online Tasks
We also look forward to seeeing oour student undertaken online Seesaw activities here, aligned with our PSC curriculum. They will learning how to also exchange postitive and encouraging feedback based on their completed tasks - certainly an importnat life skill these days. :)
