What a brilliant start to 2024! The past two weeks have been full of exciting events and activities at GWPS. From amazing learning in our classrooms to thrilling sport competitions, the students and staff have been busy and having a great time.

In the past two weeks, we have had two inter-school sports events against Mount View Primary School and our school is staying strong! And we have more amazing events to come.

The Year 4-6’s have just finishing their swimming lessons at SwimWorld, and the Preps- 3 are about to enjoy their 6 sessions – well done everyone and good luck! 

On Wednesday 21st February, there is the District Swimming for the Year 4-6’s. So good luck for GWPS and hope you succeed. Then on the Wednesday 28th February, the tennis competition is taking place. So good luck to the participants in both competitions.

And there is more work on the School Captain’s “secret project”. We can’t tell you much, but I can assure you that the outcome is mind blowing. Once the plans are finished, we look forward to sharing this with everyone so stay tuned!
