Year Three/Four News
CRAZY FOR ADDITION
The Year 3/4s have been investigating addition in Numeracy this fortnight. We have been learning different strategies to add collections including the 'jump' and 'split' strategy.
To engage in Numeracy we spent time with our friends playing a number of addition games including bingo, memory match, race to 100 and salute.
We will continue to explore the connection between addition and subtraction in the coming weeks. We look forward to learning and developing more strategies to solve math problems!
