If you need any assistance, we are here to help you, or get you to someone who can.  Our office hours are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday during the school terms.

Eligibility for the CSEF

Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund. A special consideration category also exists. Schools can receive applications from families by 28 June 2024.

Families can list more than one student in the one application form if they are attending the same school.

This is just a friendly reminder from the office that 2024 CSEF forms are due back to the school as soon as possible.  

Student Data Update

The Department of Education requires all Government Schools to update student records at least once each year.  We do that by sending you an email with an attachment of the student details.  The email is titled Please review the attached Student Enrolment Information for 2024 and was sent from Tanya.MacKenzie@education.vic.gov.au on 19 February 2024.  If it is not in your inbox, it may be in your junk/spam. If you have not received it at all, please contact Tanya in the General Office.

Please have a look at the attachments.  We only need information if it has changed from what was sent to you. You can:

• email any changes to Registrar @vermontsc.vic.edu.au, or
• print the attachment, mark any changes, and ask your student to drop it into the Office.

Accessing school policies

We regularly update our college policies and would like to make them more accessible to our families.  You will already find some policies on our website, but you can now access many of them in Compass under School Documentation.
