Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

It has been wonderful seeing many parents attend our Meet the Teacher meetings this week. Your presence not only demonstrates your commitment to your child's education but also provides invaluable insight into your child's personality, interests, and needs. These meetings serve as a crucial bridge between home and school, allowing us to work together in the best interest of your child's academic and personal growth.

As we celebrate Catholic Schools Week this week, it's a reminder of the unique community we are a part of and the values we strive to instill in our students every day. I am thrilled to share that during this week, we have had the pleasure of welcoming many prospective parents to our open morning for Kindergarten 2025. It's heartening to see such interest in our school, and I believe it speaks volumes about the positive reputation and environment we cultivate here at St Margaret Mary’s.

For those of you with children who will be commencing school next year, please remember to complete the enrolment form for the 2025 Kindergarten class. Interviews for the upcoming kindergarten intake will commence next week, providing us with an opportunity to get to know your child better and ensure a smooth transition into our school community.

In addition to academic endeavours, we understand the importance of providing support and convenience for our families. With this in mind, I am excited to share that I am currently working with Ambrose to deliver a before and after-school care service onsite at St. Margaret Mary's. This service aims to cater to the needs of our families and provide a safe and nurturing environment for your children outside of regular school hours. I anticipate this service to commence later in the year, and more information will follow in the coming months.
