Mathematics

Last week our year 3 to 6 students had the opportunity to participate in the Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC). The AMC contains 30 unique problems designed each year by leading educators and academics to challenge and extend your students’ problem-solving skills. Topics covered in this competition include: basic arithmetic, fractions and ratios, algebra and pre-algebra, geometry, measurement, statistics and probability and problem-solving (including enumeration).
