We are into week 4 already and I can't believe how quickly this term is going.
Welcome back Year 11s! It is lovely listening to all your stories about the Northwest Tour.
Next Monday, August 12, as well as being school photo day, we also have Jarrod Kayler-Thomson coming to visit with staff from his Growth Hunting business. The staff from Growth Hunting will be working with the Year 11 students from 1:00pm - 2:30pm and will be doing activities with the Year 12 students from 2:30pm - 4:00pm. We also have ten students from Year 11 attending a Growing Leaders Weekend from 16 - 18 August. Can't
wait!
The Student Council are planning an Olympic theme dinner where students can come along dressed for an Olympic sport. The food for the evening will be "Greek". We are about to start the process for selecting the Student Council for 2025, so students keep reading notices at lunchtime.
Parents, if you ever have any concerns about your child, please feel free to email me at kylie.squiers@education.wa.edu.au or give me a call for a chat. I am happy to find any excuse to catch up with a student.
On a personal note, I really want to thank the entire staff here at Cunderdin for making me feel so welcome. Their professionalism is outstanding, and I am so excited to be a part of such a successful team.
