What’s happening in 4D! 

We are excited to be back at school in our routine! This term we have begun exploring social justice in our reading block. As a class we did a close reading activity called ‘Free as a Bird - The story of Malala.’ We learnt about Malala, her story and how passionate she is about equal education for all boys and girls across the world. 

Here are some of our wonderings from the story: 

• Why was it Titled ‘Free As A Bird?’
• What other ways and what else makes me think about freedom?
• What is fair in our community?
• What are basic human rights?
• What does equality and inequality mean?
