Global Arts

In Global Arts, Junior students have been playing tuned percussion instruments. Following the Boomwhackers, students are now playing handbells. 

In French, students have been singing songs about numbers, colours and Frere Jacques. 

Students in grade 3 and 4 have continued learning the Ukulele. They have learnt how to use a pick, strum and play the C and Am chords. 

Year 5 and 6 students have been learning about Spanish speaking countries including Columbia, Mexico, Cuba and Puerto Rico. They have been performing body percussion along to some Latin American music. In Spanish, students are describing foods that they like and dislike.
