Prep

In Prep we have finished delivering a lot of really unique and special key-tags and pocket hugs. Hopefully you were lucky enough to get one. We are now focusing on our Building skills with Minecraft and Scratch Jr. as well as continued woodworking for those with a passion for it.

On top of all that, Prep students have had the opportunity to peer into a Virtual Reality world with our virtual pet Bogo. Over the remainder of the Term Preps will each get an opportunity to play with Bogo in this simple and engaging experience.

Grade 1/2

In grades 1 and 2 we have completed our woodworking designs, the main design task for the Term and students are now exploring some other areas in Technology including Typing Club, jewelry making and complex building in Minecraft.

Grade 3/4

Grade 3 and 4 students have taken on the challenge of mastering the Laser Cutters and 3D Printers with a passion, armed with new ways to express their creativity they are creating quite a challenge for the 5/6 students to stay ahead of them.

Grade 5/6

Layered laser-cut artworks and complex TinkerCAD designs have dominated the 5/6 classroom over the last few weeks, with students pushing their skills beyond simple engraving and into vector-based drawing, a skill that all digital artists eventually master!
