ROAD TO ZERO

YEAR 10

Year 10 students spent a day at the Melbourne Museum, engaging with the "Road to Zero" program which offers an immersive and interactive learning experience designed to equip students with vital road safety knowledge. Developed in partnership with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), this world-first education complex utilizes cutting-edge multi-sensory technologies, including virtual reality and interactive displays.

Our year 10 students engaged in curriculum-linked programs within purpose-built learning studios, exploring the science behind crashes, understanding the importance of safe decision-making, and discovering how vehicle technology and road design contribute to reducing road trauma.

From experiencing a simulated car journey through time to creating their own road safety advertisements, the "Road to Zero" program empowers young people to become responsible road users and contribute to the goal of zero road deaths and serious injuries.
