Year 5 M.L.M.C. Future Stars Day

On Wednesday, Year 5, we went to Mount Lilydale. Maddi and Lacey, and Amelia were in a group. We did sports first. It was fun. We played something like basketball, but it was fun, and then we did art, which was amazing, and we could do anything!

On wednesday we were going on a school trip with just the Year5s. It was so fun, we went on a bus. We went to college. When we got to the college i was the last one out of the bus.

I said “why are we at this college?” to Mrs. burke.

We then went to an induction, and had some food.

They put us into groups. We only did 2 activities, and I got one of the boringest ones. Which was Japanese. We learnt about How the aboriginals were similar to the Japanese.

Sport was the other activity I did. I liked it but I really wanted to do science.

We did some. running back and forth. We tried to move a ball by throwing tennis balls at it. The first one to get it over the white line wins. That was the last activity. ~ Cooper

School Disco

THE D.I.S.C.O -AMELIA

On Friday, 27th of june, there was a whole school disco that went from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Most of the students at the school went to the disco to have fun with their friends and to have a fun night and everyone did! When you first walked in you had to sign in and take a photo on the photo wall. It was amazing thanks to everyone including all the teachers who were helping and even dancing. I liked Mrs Beveridge's dance moves and Mrs Smiths. Everyone was having so much fun and you could see everyone glowing! Yes, they were selling glow products like glow in the dark headbands and glowsticks and even necklaces!

DJ Beveridge was taking song requests and everyone had a ball listening to everyones favourite songs! People were doing cartwheels and handstands and dancing their best dance moves!

School Disco ~ By arlo

On friday the 27th of June the whole school went to a Disco in the spa center. We got chips and Zooper Doopers and the students picked the songs and the speaker was really loud. Then we did a game of limbo and whoever went the lowest got a prize. We also played don't let it touch the ground with two balls. One popped, then we gathered in a circle and all did a dance move and then it was boys vs girls dance moves and boys won. You could also buy flashing lights and I bought a flashing bracelet and it flashed all these amazing colours. It was so cool and fun.
