Collingwood College Music Concert
A few happy snaps from the ‘Collingwood Colleges Term 2 Concert’. Thank you and congratulations to all the students, families, and staff who contributed to our incredible Term 2 Music Concert. The evening was a true celebration of creativity, dedication, and community spirit, showcasing the talent and hard work of our young performers. From soloists to ensembles, each performance brought joy and pride to everyone in the audience. We are so proud of the courage and musical growth on display and are grateful to our school community for the ongoing support of the Arts. What a great reminder of the power of music to bring us together – can’t wait to share more in the future! ”
International Students News—-Wurun Senior Campus
As we come to the end of the Semester one, we are pleased to share the positive achievements of our international students at our Wurun Senior Campus.
An impressive 75% of our international students have maintained above 95% attendance, with nearly one fourth of them achieving 100% attendance. This strong commitment to learning is also reflected in their academic progress, with many students thriving in our beautiful and supportive learning environment.
Beyond the classroom, international students have been actively involved in school life. Highlights this term include their enthusiastic participation in Cultural Day, where they showcased pride in their heritage through cultural parade and their bamboo dance performances. Additionally, five international students represented the school in the interschool badminton competition, securing a second place just behind University High School —an outstanding effort!
To acknowledge their hard work and celebrate the end of the semester, at our regular international students meeting time, we held a special "Pizza Lunch" during the final week of the Semester. Students were congratulated on their achievements during the semesters and were wished for a safe , relaxing and meaningful school break.
Our international team would like to extend our sincere thanks to Wurun Senior leadership team for attending the celebration and for their ongoing support of our international students. Your encouragement continues to make a positive difference in their journey.
