Meet the team

Hello everyone,
My name is Rimpy, I’m very excited to have joined Craigieburn Primary School in the role of Wellbeing Support Officer and Multicultural Education Aide.
In my role, I support students with their emotional wellbeing, engagement, and learning, and I also work closely with families—particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds—to make sure they feel understood, welcomed, and connected to the school community.
I bring over 18 years of experience working with ethnic communities across New Zealand and Australia, as well as 8 years in the real estate industry as a sales professional. My career has always been centred on people—building relationships, solving problems, and helping others thrive.
Outside of work, I am currently studying Psychology and Counselling to strengthen my skills in supporting the wellbeing of students and families. Community involvement has always been close to my heart—since childhood, I have been active in cultural activities, events, and volunteering. Even while running my own business, I stayed fully engaged with community work.
I live in Melbourne with my beautiful family, and my happiest moments are spent with my children and our little dog. I love cooking, reading, gardening, listening to music, and exploring informative podcasts. Good music and meditation are my keys to a peaceful life, and I’m a strong believer in the power of teamwork, connection, and kindness.
I feel grateful every day to be part of the wellbeing team here at Craigieburn Primary School, and I look forward to building strong, supportive relationships with our students, families, and staff.
Hi everyone,
I hope you're well. My name is Mona Botros, and I’ve recently joined the team in the role of Student and Family Wellbeing Support Officer & international student coordinator and Community HUB facilitator.
I’m here to assist students who may be experiencing challenges related to behaviour, emotional regulation, engagement, or family circumstances. I also provide support to families, particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds (Arabic speaking families), including referrals, wellbeing check-ins, and connection to services.
As well I will be working on the community HUB to run different programs to support CALD (Arabic) families.
Please feel free to contact me if you have a student, you'd like me to check in with, need help engaging a family, or would like to collaborate on any support plans.
Looking forward to working with you all.
Hello! I'm Robyn, and I joined the Wellbeing Team here at CPS last term.
It’s been wonderful becoming part of the community here that values responsibility, kindness, and resilience.
I am involved in running SEL sessions with small groups of students from Foundation to Year 6, where we build on our resilience, emotional literacy, self-regulation, being a supporting and welcoming friend, and how we can work together for success in our goals.
It’s been fantastic getting to know so many of our wonderful students, whether in my groups or in the recess and lunch break club room. I'm passionate about supporting our students' growth and collaborating with families to ensure every child thrives.
Outside of work, I love running, baking and exploring around Australia, but during winter you’ll find me snuggled up with my cat, Lily.
I’m Isabella! I joined the Wellbeing Team last term and have been running the Art for Wellbeing program.
I have a background in Arts Therapy and years of experience supporting people of all ages. I’m passionate about helping everyone feel heard and valued.
The Art for Wellbeing program focuses on emotional wellbeing, self-expression, and building confidence through creative interventions such as visual arts, poetry, writing, movement, and other expressive modalities. My approach is welcoming and inclusive, and I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where every student can grow, connect, and thrive.
When I’m not at school, you’ll find me soaking up the sun with my cat, Lentil and making art (of course!)
I look forward to continuing to support CPS students and connecting with families. Please feel free to say hello if you see me out in the yard!
