House Athletics Carnival

Our annual House Athletics Carnival will be held on Wednesday, 13 August, at Duncan Mackinnon Reserve. This whole school event aims to engage students in various activities while maintaining the athletic focus, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all. 

Carnival Highlights

• Sausage sizzle
• Popcorn stall
• Face painting (FREE)
• Year 12 Parade (FREE)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Students are encouraged to dress up in their house colours (or wear their sports uniform).
• Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen and a hat.
• Food/drink stalls will be CASH ONLY – students are encouraged to bring small notes or coins (and lunch if they will not be purchasing food from the above-listed stalls).
• Students are not permitted to order food from outside vendors (e.g., Uber Eats).
• As per Department policy, mobile phones are not permitted. Additionally, airpods and sound systems/speakers are not permitted.
• Students should go to their normal GOAL group venues at 8:50am for bus boarding instructions.
• Students are not permitted to leave the event early and will be dismissed upon return to school between approximately 2:50-3:15pm.

School Saving Bonus (SSB)

If you have allocated your SSB to school activities, please contact the college to use the funds towards this event before the consent cut-off.
