Blake Polkinghorne - Congratulations Blake! You have impressed me over the past few weeks with your wonderful listening during mat time and your focused efforts during tasks. It has been great to see you challenge yourself, particularly in writing sentences and making great choices in the yard. Keep up the awesome work, Blake!

Maya Constance - Congratulations Maya! You are such a bright and caring star in our class, always ready to help and filling our classroom with your cheerful energy. You are an absolute writing whizz, crafting sensational sentences and challenging yourself with every piece – what a superstar effort. You are shining so brightly and setting a wonderful example for your peers. We are so lucky to have you in Foundation J!

Lucy Dux - Lucy, you are a superstar! How lucky we are to have you in Foundation M. Thank you for always being a kind friend, helping others and for reminding us of our favourite learning songs. Keep being yourself and shining bright!

Matilda Jacombs - What a superstar! You’ve been working so hard to build your strategies for solving addition and subtraction facts, and it’s really paying off—we’re so proud of you! Arjun Ahlawat - For being a shining star in our classroom! You always give your best effort in everything you do, enthusiastically join in our daily maths revision with your hand raised high, and go out of your way to help tidy up. You are a role model in every way - kind, responsible, and always ready to learn. We’re so lucky to have you in our class!

McKenzie Potter - Kenzie, you should be so proud of the way you have improved in your narrative writing this term! The way you take on feedback is exceptional! You always give 100% effort, even when faced with intense writers block! I can’t wait to see all of the great things you achieve in 2025!

Annie Roberts - Annie, the way you have improved your writing over the last couple of months is outstanding! You take on feedback incredibly well, and consistently apply it to strengthen your story. Your creativity, attention to detail, and perseverance shine through in everything you write. Keep up the fantastic effort!

Elizabeth Jonas - You could be awarded Student of the Week every week, you always show resilence, determination and responsibility - and you do all this with a smile!

Matilda Griffiths - Tillie consistently demonstrates a positive attitude towards her learning and approaches each task with enthusiasm. She shows kindness and empathy towards her friends, always treating others with respect. Tillie is a fair and thoughtful problem-solver who supports her peers and helps create a caring classroom environment.

Luke De Ieso - You have shown amazing skill and confidence with your times tables this term, Luke. Your lightning-fast recall and accuracy have stood out during class activities and challenges. You even beat the teacher — what an incredible achievement!

Will Eason - Will, I have been so impressed with the way you have listened carefully in class and applied your learning to your writing. You use wonderful 'wow' words and make sure your work is interesting through careful use of vocabulary. You should be very proud, well done!

Ellie Comeskey - Ellie, I have been so impressed with your writing skills and the way you so confidently use conjunctions and connectives in your work. You should be super proud of your efforts. Well done!

Flynn Atkinson-Buck - Flynn, your unique knowledge always enlightens and adds something special to our classroom discussions. You have a way of sharing facts and perspectives that gets everyone thinking. Last week, your Lit Circles researcher project really stood out. Investigating how many laws the Secret Seven were breaking while trying to catch others breaking the law was such a clever and creative idea! Your project had the whole group engaged and sparked a fantastic discussion. Well done for bringing such thoughtful and original thinking to our learning. Keep it up!

Emma Illston - For always approaching your learning in a very focused way. Your alternative ending to Peter Pan and Wendy in Lit Circles was outstanding! Emma, you are such a dedicated student. You are so engaged in your learning each-and-every-day. It is a pleasure to teach you! Well done, champ!

Aria Wilkinson - Your confidence is refreshing and was very evident on our excursion when you embraced the role of speaker at Parliament House. It was also impressive to see your strong understanding of the topic as you thoughtfully answered many of the questions on the day. Your leadership and knowledge was very impressive. Well done Aria!

Florence Gibson - For your outstanding writing efforts, particularly when writing poetry. You have crafted some amazing ballads during our poetry unit Florence; I have loved reading and listening to them. The amount of pride and effort you put into all your work is impressive and doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the wonderful work!

Annie Molloy - Annie, you have displayed outstanding leadership and initiative throughout the year, especially through your involvement in the Monty C’s program. The way you planned, prepared and presented your Wombat Stew lesson for our buddy class was truly impressive. Your creativity, confidence and thoughtful approach made it such a fun and memorable experience for everyone. Well done, you should be really proud of yourself!

Harlen Hewitt - Harlen, you have worked hard this week and have displayed great courage in sharing your thoughts and ideas during class discussions. I was especially impressed with how you worked through the writing process to create your biography based on Good Night Stories. It is so wonderful to see you enjoying your learning and adding such value to our class. Well done, Harlen!

Jack Garner - This student is trading in relaxation for hard work, trading in 'I can't for 'I can', trading in distraction for determination. You could say he is a Jack of all trades... Well done on some outstanding efforts, Jack!
