Sickbay and First Aid

DET (Department of Education and Training) requires all schools from 2025 to move to a new system for recording student Sickbay and First Aid incidents and attendance. Hamlyn Views School has decided to adopt this system from Term 3 2024.

School staff will continue to notify you personally should an incident be deemed serious or warrant further action.  In addition, you will receive an automatic message through the Edusafe Sickbay and First Aid portal advising if you child has received sickbay or first aid treatment whilst at school.  This automated message will replace the paper notification version we have been using till now.
