Parent/Teacher Interviews - Tuesday 16 July 2024

There are phone and face-to-face parent/teacher interviews scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday 16 July 2024. As reports are distributed towards the end of this term please ensure you make a booking with staff when the details are emailed out. Bookings will be made using our Compass platform as they were with the Interim Reports last term.

Phone Interviews as booked:

• 1.00pm – 2.40pm. 
• 5 minute interviews, 2 minute change over.

Break:                        

• 2.40pm – 3.00pm.

Face-to-Face Interviews as booked:

• 3.00pm – 4.30pm.
• 5 minute interviews, 1 minute change over.

Parent-staff interviews:                                           

• Phone Interviews – staff will contact the parent/guardian at the booked time.
• Face-to-Face Interviews will take place in the Gymnasium.

Student Arrangements:

• It is expected (if logistically possible) that students are in attendance for the phone interviews with their parent/guardian.
• It is expected that students are in attendance for the face-to-face interviews.

Timing

• Please keep to booked times.
• Be aware of who you are meeting with and do not impact on other parents’ booked times. If you require further time to discuss your child’s progress, please arrange an additional meeting time and date with the respective teacher.
