Today all classes in the Junior School participated in National Simultaneous Storytime. This annual event involves students from all around the country reading the same picture book at the same time. This year’s book was 'Bowerbird Blues' by Aura Parker.

To make this event even more special, a group of Year 10 students volunteered to read to a class. These students were organised and highly engaged in the mentoring experience, many were seen leading discussions and guiding activities after the book was read. 

A very big thank you to the following Year 10 students: James, Nehan, Tahlia, Annie, Charlotte, Gemma, Freddy, Tully, Lily, Stella, Ethan, Taiaroa, Lottie, Gracie, Tilly, Erica, Jasmin, Pip and Chloe.
