News from the PC!
The busy start to this term has begun! Tomorrow CJC will be a voting site for the Federal Election. Thank you to the families that have already dropped off a cake. We will still be accepting cakes for donation on Saturday.
Volunteers are essential to the Parents Committee to support the school and raise funds to help improve areas of the school for our children. All parents, carers and grandparents are welcome particularly those that have not volunteered before. There will be someone to ask if you need help or support, new ideas are invited and fun is always had.
We are still looking for volunteers to help sell cakes and cook on the BBQ. Any amount of time that you can spare will be appreciated to make the day as successful as possible. Please follow the link below to add your name:

Federal Election: CJC is a voting site for the federal election on Saturday 3rd May. We are looking for volunteers to help on the day with set up, cooking on the BBQ, selling cakes and packing up at the end of the day, please follow the link to volunteer – https://volunteersignup.org/events/share/628270
Mother’s Day Stall: The Mother’s day stall will be held on the 9th May. Volunteers are requested to help throughout the day with helping children choose their gifts. Please see this link to volunteer for the Mother’s Day stall - http://volunteersignup.org/JWY7Q
Call out! We still need glass containers to hold flowers for our mothers day stall. Please bring your donations to the school office.
Mother’s Day Breakfast: The Mother’s day breakfast will be held on the morning of the 9th May.
This annual event is a great time to take a moment, meet and catch up with other mums, grandmothers and carers and for us to celebrate the amazing contribution that you make to our families and community.
Tickets will be on sale soon, and we encourage dads, partners, carers and grandfathers to volunteer (if you can spare a few hours) to help make this occasion a special one for our special people. Please use the sign up form if you are able to help - volunteersignup.org/QA38E
Friday Treats: Friday Treats are back! Pain au chocolat will be available on Fridays after school for $4.50. Please see below for your classes turn to sell.
