Camps
Year 10 co-ordinators are busy planning the upcoming camps. Camp meetings will be held throughout the term. These are very important in terms of collecting information and getting updates. Camp meetings will be posted on SEQTA notices in the mornings so students need to ensure that they are in form group to receive this information for later in the day.
Information will also be electronically communicated via SEQTA DM and SEQTA forums.
If you have any questions, please reach out to the Year 10 team.
Work Experience
During this week some of the Year 10s are off on work experience. They will be learning what life could be like once they leave school. A big thank you to Genni Smith and the Careers teachers to help the students organise this.
Student Spotlight
Phoenix Hopper not only made his senior umpiring debut this past week but he got to do it with AFL umpire John Howorth – who has umpired over 130 AFL games. Phoenix umpired the game between Minyip Murtoa and Warrack Eagles.
Congratulations to Phoenix and his umpiring journey!
