Year 8 Netball

On Tuesday the 4th of June, Year 8 girls competed against a range of schools from the region. We were out for the entire day and enjoyed playing against some tough competition, excelled under the scrutiny of firm but fair referees, and demonstrated collaborative teamwork in a full day of active participation. 

Our Year 8 girls demonstrated all of our DARE values during their day out showing DIVERSITY by being inclusive, ASPIRATION by striving to improve, RESPECT for their teammates, their competition and their referees. Finally, they demonstrated EXCELLENCE for winning the competition for the day. 

As a result of their hard work, the Year 8s will compete again soon. We will post updates to showcase their success!

We would also like to thank Amber, our alumna who spent her day volunteering to coach our girls. Thank you for your hard work!
