Principal's Report

It was wonderful to get away with my family for a break and my return to the chilly conditions after being in the warmth of Samoa was certainly a shock to the system.  A huge thanks to Jo Thurley  and the staff for supporting her in her role as Acting Principal during my absence. As you will now be aware, I have been seconded to St Monica's Kangaroo Flat for term 3 and I appreciate Jo again stepping up as acting principal during my time away with Mandy Antoniadis and Shelley DeAraugo acting Deputy Principals.

Student mid year reports will be released next week. Please feel free to discuss the results with your child's teacher at our next installment of 'Learning Conversations' which we encourage families to book online. We certainly value the conversation and these support the reports and areas for celebration and for further improvement.

We will have a whole school end of term mass on Friday next week and we invite parents and extended families to join us to celebrate. There will not be an assembly on the last day and school will finish at 2.15pm as we break for the end of term 2.

Thank you to Lisa Chesters who attended our assembly this afternoon to present a new set of flags. Lisa had a discussion with the children about the significance of the colours and symbols on all three of our flags. The knowledge shown by the students is commendable.
