COUNTRY WEEK
Uniforms
Socks for both football and hockey will be available to purchase for $10 from the front office next week. If you already have plain black football or plain black hockey socks you no not need to purchase them.
AFL footy shorts are $20 and will be available from the front office next week. They are the same footy shorts as last year. If you have already purchased them last year, you are not required to purchase new ones.
All students attending Country Week must have College track pants, track jacket and a polo shirt.

Itinerary
Sunday 23rd June
2.30pm Boarders to be at school for final room packing & all students to arrive at the College. Load bags on to bus.
3.00pm Students and staff to leave WACoA Harvey.
5.30pm Meet Karrinyup Water Resort - Assign Rooms/Settle in.
6.00pm Students not on bus (those from Perth area) to arrive/meet at accommodation.
6.30pm Team Meeting and Dinner Stay in and Meal: BBQ. Relax.
8.30pm Captains to issue playing uniforms for tomorrows fixtures to players.
9.00pm Bed.
Monday 24th June
7.00am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms.
7.30 am Depart for Opening.
10.00am Students to go with individual coaches to venues for team briefing.
11.30 - 2.00pm Lunch available at bus,student to make, if not made prior. Fixtures to be played please see fixture sheet.
4.00pm All students meet at bus to return to KWR. (Students to give playing uniform to captains of teams to wash and dry for tomorrow’s fixtures).
5.30pm Dinner in rooms. Meal: supplied by the school.
7.00pm Movies.
Tuesday 25th June
7.00am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms.
8.15am Bus leaving Resort.
10.00am Fixtures to be played please see fixture sheet.
11.30-2.00pm Lunch at bus.
4.00pm All students meet at the bus to return to KWR. (Students to give playing uniform to captains of teams to wash and dry for tomorrow’s fixtures).
6.30 pm Bus to Grill’d for burger dinner.
Wednesday 26th June
6.00am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms.
7.15am Bus leaving Resort.

Thursday 27th June
7.00am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms.
8.00am Bus leaving Resort.
11.30-2pm Lunch at the bus.
4:00pm All students meet at bus to return to KWR. Students to shower and change for shopping. (Students to give playing uniform to captains of teams to wash and dry for tomorrow’s fixtures).
5.30pm Leave for shopping. Money will be given to students for dinner.
9.00pm Return to bus, head count and return to KWR. Pack bags to leave in the morning.
Friday 28th June
5.30am Breakfast/Medication/Shower/Tidy Rooms/Load bus.
TBA Bus leaving Resort. Pack bus by 6.30am.
All Fixture times and locations TBC.
11.00-12.30pm LUNCH leftovers.
12.30pm Make way to bus.
1.00pm Closing ceremony.
Students must have permission to leave before going home with parents.
2.00 pm Depart Perth.
4.00pm approx. Students return to WACoA Harvey.
Bus trip to and from Perth
Students to wear College Tracksuit Top and Bottom, College sport shirt and sneakers.
What to Bring
Students will need to pack the following:
- Sports bag (College to supply).
- Beach towel & swimming gear (pool and heated spa).
- College tracksuit.
- College sports polo shirt and shorts.
- College beanie and/or hat.
- Mouthguard if required for chosen sport.
- Toiletries.
- Rain jacket.
- Casual clothes.
- Undies/socks etc.
- Playing boots or sneakers.
- Extra money for shopping.
- Any medication to be handed to the staff.
- Strapping tape if required prior to playing (student can be strapped at each venue for a cost $5).
