School of Rock

Congratulations to our students from 'Girls Band', 'Breakin' the 'Lor' and 'The Middle' who performed at the 2024 NWVR School of Rock event at Melrose Events. 

The day started with a special drum performance from Leon, who performed at School of Rock when he was at school and is now booked to go on tour with Coldplay in October. What a progression and such an inspiration to everyone there.

Aside from students at Lalor Secondary College, there were performances from 14 other schools in the local area, from both primary and secondary students. We were also treated to a rocking performance from the VCE students at Traralgon College who made the almost 5 hours round trip to join us.
