RECONCILIATION FAMILY FAITH SHARING AFTERNOON

On Tuesday afternoon, our faith community gathered in support of the students preparing to celebrate their First Reconciliation. The Family Faith Sharing Afternoon is a special part of each child’s faith journey — a time to learn more about God’s endless love.

We came together to pray, reflect, and share stories as families, supporting our children as they grow in their understanding of what it means to say sorry and make things right.

As teachers, we are grateful to families who walk alongside their children with such love and encouragement. Through your examples of faith, kindness, and forgiveness, our children come to recognise God’s presence in their everyday lives.

Please keep these students in your prayers, trusting that God will bless each of them with peace, joy, and a deeper sense of His loving mercy.

ST CARLOS ACUTIS

Last Thursday, St Patrick’s staff were invited to attend the St Carlo Acutis Exhibition currently on display at Stella Maris Church. We were deeply inspired by the eucharistic miracles that the young Carlo so expertly curated and were privileged to view a first-class relic of this remarkable young man. Afterwards, we joined the staff of Stella Maris School for a presentation on the Holy Eucharist led by Fr Joseph. It was a valuable and faith-filled afternoon—strengthening not only our own faith but also deepening our understanding of how to share the importance of the Eucharist with our students. We are very grateful to Fr Joseph and the staff of Stella Maris for hosting such a meaningful and enlightening experience.

INVITATION

As the month of October is dedicated to praying the Rosary, we warmly invite all families to join our school community in a special time of prayer. Together, we will pray the Holy Rosary on Monday ( Oct 27th) afternoon at 2:45 p.m. in the church.  Let us come together in faith and devotion as we honour Mary, our Mother, through this beautiful prayer.
