Friday School Assembly  

Each Friday, different classes will take turns in leading Friday assembly. Classes will also be sharing what has been happening in their class. 

• Week 3 – Duan/Mumumburra 
• Week 4 - Balam-balam 
• Week 5 – Barrangal 
• Week 6 - Djulin 
• Week 7 – Wirrap 
• Week 8 - Banya 
• Week 9 – Mur Murra 
• Week 10 - Yulawil

• Friday 24th October 8:30am from Corner Store Cafe
• Friday 31st October 8:30am from corner of Buckley and Bray Street

PSG Meetings 

Thank you to the parents/carers who have attended PSG meetings in the last week either face-to-face or via a phone call. More PSG meetings will occur this week. You haven’t booked yours in yet, book via SiMON Everywhere or contact the office or your child’s classroom teacher. 

Thank you to the teachers for the work they put into these. The time it takes to create the PLP and the agenda for the PSG meeting shows true dedication and how well they know each of the students in their care. 

World Teacher’s Day

Australia will celebrate the teaching profession on World Teachers’ Day on Friday 31 October 2025. This is your chance to join Australia in celebrating teachers. 

Let’s celebrate Australia’s teachers for their skilled work in educating, inspiring and supporting our young people. 

Hats off to teachers this World Teachers’ Day!
