May, our Year 10 students were invited to take part in a special lunch time activity, enjoying freshly made Johnny cakes baked by our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. On Monday, two of our Year 10 students, Ruby McEwan and Bridie Pitchford, delivered an Acknowledgement of Country to the whole school at the start of Period 1.

Both girls did a fantastic job and should be very proud.

Our Year 10 students have been developing their Career Action Plans in Homegroup alongside our Careers team, in preparation for our upcoming course counselling event, which will occur early Term 3.

We also have a parent information night for Year 10 students going into Year 11, to be held on Thursday 25 June at 6 pm in the Performing Arts Centre. This is a great opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the pathways available and ask any questions you may have.

The Year 10 team is also excited to announce that we will be offering a Year 10 camp, more details to come on the night.

We look forward to seeing you there!
