Year 9 and 10 Overview

It has been a fantastic and eventful term so far, with students embracing a wide range of learning opportunities, career expos and guest speakers during Homegroup sessions and lunchtime activities across the College. It has been pleasing to see students continuing to challenge themselves, celebrate successes and contribute positively to our school community.
As we approach the final week of term, we look forward to hosting our Information Nights for students and families. These sessions are an important part of the course counselling process and are designed to support students in making informed decisions about their future learning. Families will have the opportunity to hear about subject offerings, pathways and the range of opportunities available beyond secondary school, including VCE, VCE Vocational Major, and VET.
Choosing subjects and pathways can feel like a significant step, and these evenings provide an opportunity for students and parents/carers to ask questions, seek advice and begin conversations about future aspirations and goals. We encourage all families to attend and engage in the process as we work together to ensure every student is well supported in planning for their future.
Year 9 families can attend the parent information night on Wednesday, 24 June, and Year 10 families can attend theirs on Thursday, 25 June.
We look forward to seeing many of you at these important events.
