District Cross Country

Yesterday, 48 of our talented students made their way to Ruffey Lake Park to represent Rangeview at the 2025 Nunawading District Cross Country event. We couldn’t be prouder of the way our students supported one another, gave their all on the course, and proudly demonstrated the Rangeview values throughout the day.

It was another outstanding day for our school — Rangeview were crowned District Champions for the fourth year in a row!Incredibly, we achieved our highest points total ever recorded, finishing with more than 2300 points — a testament to the dedication and effort our students have put into training and Run Club this term.

A massive thank you to all the families for your ongoing support — not just on the day, but throughout Run Club and training sessions. And of course, a huge thanks once again to Clint for his fantastic support with training, warm-ups, and running guidance for our students.

Congratulations to the 22 students who have qualified for the Whitehorse Division Cross Country later in May — we wish you all the best!

Go Rangeview!

Sporting Achievements

At Rangeview, we have many talented students competing in various sports outside of school each weekend! We are excited to share as many success stories as possible throughout 2025. If your child has had an exciting moment, we would love to feature it in the newsletter. Please email Mitchell.Clark@education.vic.gov.au.

Isla V – Calisthenics

This week, we are celebrating the achievements of two of our Level students. Isla V from Level 1, a highly dedicated calisthenics performer, recently competed at the State Final. Isla was crowned State Champion after an outstanding performance. We are so proud of her for this fantastic achievement.

Go Isla – such an impressive performance!

Campbell E – Basketball

Campbell E in Level 5 is a high-level basketball player who recently tried out for Team Victoria and currently plays for the Nunawading Spectres representative team 1’s team.

During the school holidays, Campbell’s team travelled to Adelaide to compete in the Adelaide Easter Classic, where they went undefeated and won the whole tournament!

Great job, Campbell — what an amazing achievement!

Stawell Gift

During the holidays, several of our RPS families headed to Stawell for the annual Stawell Gift. It was great to hear about our RPS students — both current and former — competing in various events!
