And with that, our final show of the season draws to a close. Once again, our talented students showed their expertise in judging merino and meat sheep and cattle. Many of our students were chosen to give speeches and presented themselves very well. 

Ben Cox placed 3rd in the Junior Merino Sheep and 2nd in the Beef Cattle Judging.

Ollie Star placed 3rd in the Beef Cattle Judging.

In the afternoon, a selection of students entered the ring to do some parading. 

Ollie Starr (1st), Ben Cox (2nd), and Lucy Kelly (3rd) placed in their age divisions, with Ollie taking out both heats of his age division!

We woke to a foggy morning on Saturday, and it was time for the cattle to strut their stuff. A big thank you to the students who stuck around on Saturday, helping us take out the Grand, Supreme and Reserve Champions in the Devon class.

I would like to thank all the students for their excellent behaviour and their respect for the organisers and animals at all 3 shows this year. I would also like to thank Mr Tout, our fantastic farm manager, for all his work prepping cattle and ensuring the smooth running of the 3 shows. See you all there next year!
