Dear Parents and Caregivers

Great Start to Term 4!

It has been great to see everyone back and getting into Term 4. Our students and staff have made a smooth start and there has been lots of teaching and learning happening. Our teaching and learning time is very precious and it is great to see how engaged our students are when going around the classrooms. Our Year 3 to Year 6 students are coping exceptionally well with swimming lessons straight up this term too. Well done everyone!

Interschool Athletics Carnival

Our Interschool Athletics Team is off to the WA Athletics Stadium in Floreat next Thursday, competing against several other Catholic Primary Schools. Wishing the students all the best. Thanks in advance Mr Aaron Clarke for preparing the team and to the staff and parents/caregivers assisting on the day.

It would be great to see some new faces at tomorrow evening's P&F Meeting at 6:00pm. Come along and find out how you could get involved in the new year. All Welcome!

Hats Off to our Teachers and Staff @ St Helena's

World Teachers' Day is celebrated next Friday 25 October across Australia. World Teachers' Day is a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the immense effort and dedication that our teachers put into their work. At St Helena's Catholic Primary School we acknowledge all our staff on this day for their efforts and commitment to their vocation. We appreciate the efforts of all our staff in creating a supportive and encouraging environment and making a positive impact on our children's lives every single day!

Hats off to all of you! Thanks in advance to the St Helena's P&F Committee who are continuing the tradition of catering for the Staff lunch on this day.

At St Helena's, we are a Christ-centred and a child-focused community,

always striving to do Something Beautiful for God.

But together we can do something beautiful for God." Saint Teresa of Calcutta
