The Executive Team: Balanced

This week, our Executive Team share with us how they represent the learner profile attribute Balanced.

Team definition:

As an Executive Team, we understand the importance of intellectual, physical and emotional balance to achieve personal well-being for ourselves and others.

Keeping things stable! Our balanced Executive Team; Connor Smith, Alice Stephens, Alice McKenzie and Kate Barletta.

I am a balanced because:

Alice Stephens - I am balanced as I dedicate focused time to my work, make daily efforts to stay active for both my physical and mental health and spend quality time with my family, including my niece and nephews who are just delightful and bring me a lot of joy!
Connor Smith - I am balanced by spending the majority of my free time at Melbourne Zoo with my small child.

Alice McKenzie - I am balanced because I dedicate time to read for enjoyment, beyond all the Departmental policies and guidelines. I fill my weeks with family and friends, enjoying plenty of time at the pool, basketball stadiums and outside in the sunshine with our dog.

Kate Barletta - I am balanced because after work and on weekends I focus on being with my family and making times for my friends. I also play netball throughout the week to keep me active.
