STUDENT LEADERS! 

 AN UPDATE ON THE 2025 APPLICATION/SELECTION PROCESS!

This year, we introduced an engaging new process to select our 2025 school leaders, highlighting each student’s unique strengths and leadership qualities. This approach has promoted transparent communication with families and ensured that every candidate has a meaningful opportunity to share their vision for our school community.

The journey to select our School Captains began with students submitting an expression of interest, followed by speeches to their peers and teachers in the upper school cohorts. A vote by students and staff allowed the school community to have a voice in the selection. Shortlisted students then participated in one-on-one discussions with teachers and school leaders, allowing them to express their readiness to lead and their vision for positive contributions. Similarly, the House Captain selection process involved candidates giving speeches to their house groups, with students voting to select leaders who embody their house values. Shortlisted students will now meet with a teacher and school leadership to further discuss their aspirations. 

This selection process highlights our commitment to fostering pride, responsibility, and community. It has provided valuable insights into each student’s growth and leadership potential. We are incredibly proud of all students who put themselves forward for these roles, showing courage and dedication to their peers. We look forward to announcing our 2025 School Leaders at assembly on December 6th (Week 9).
