Footy, Faith and Friends- Part 2

On Monday 25th November many men gathered at Gymea Bay Pub to attend this event that saw everyone share and reflect on the challenges that men face daily. Guest speakers were able to share their stories and provide many outreach opportunities for men to connect with. This was an outstanding success and has evoked numerous discussions about ongoing support network meetings that can provide services and gatherings going forward.

Kinder 2025 and Year 4 Buddy Mass

On Thursday last week Year 4 led a beautiful community mass that saw the attendance of many new Kinder 2025 students and their parents. The mass was celebrated by Father John and then the Year 4 students got to meet their buddies (Kinder 2025) and share a morning tea and chat. Many thanks to all the parents who were able to bring their children and attend. For those who were unable to make it, the students will meet their buddies at the start of the school year. 

Kinder Playdate 2024

Last week some of our new Kindy 2025 students met down at the Camellia Gardens and spent some quality time playing and getting to know each other. These opportunities to make new friendships prior to starting the new school year provide students the opportunity to have a smoother transition into school life.

Little Stars Playgroup

Little Stars Playgroup meets each Friday and we hope that in 2025 we are able to grow our numbers. Parents get to share stories, have a cuppa, pray and enjoy some time making new friendships. While the children have the opportunity to let off some steam with some physical challenges, prayer, listening to bible stories, crafts and most of all meeting some new friends to play with and have fun! Please join us next Friday 13th December at 9:30am in the Library for our last session for the year. Hope to see you there!
