Administration Requirements

ADMINISTRATION OPENING HOURS 

 

Holiday hours for Administration:

Closed from 1pm Friday 19th December

Reopens Tuesday 27th January from 11am - 4pm

Will resume normal hours from Wednesday 28th January

 

Wyndham Central College Administration is open:

 

•        Monday to Thursday – 8:30am to 4:00pm

•        Friday – 8:30am to 3:30pm

LAPTOPS

For 2026, Wyndham Central College will operate both a Managed Device Program through our partnership with Learning with Technologies and a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program.  

Details about this program are available on the school website. 

 

 

BOOKLISTS

2026 Booklists are available on the school website or at the administration office. 

Orders are to be placed online or instore.

 

 

PARENT PAYMENT & CONTRIBUTION ARRANGEMENTS 

2026 Parent Payment Arrangement sheets are available on Compass, the school website or at the administration office.   

The college offers various payment options including cash, EFTPOS, BPAY (details provided on request), CompassPay, and Centrepay. Please return the parent payment arrangement sheets to the administration office when making payment or contact the office if you have any queries or require assistance.  

 

 

SUSTAINABLE SCHOOL SHOP 

To buy and sell second-hand uniform items and textbooks, simply register for free on the website: www.sustainableschoolshop.com.au. All transactions on this site are made directly with the seller. 

 

 

CHANGE OF CONTACT DETAILS

If you have recently changed your contact details, living arrangements etc., please update them either through Compass or at the school, to ensure we can work together to support your child.
