IMPORTANT SCHOOL REMINDERS FOR PARENTS

The Parent Access Module (PAM) has been reinstated and can be used on your internet browser. However the PAM/SIMON Everywhere mobile app will stay offline. You may want to delete it from your phone.

What You Need To Do

1. Reset Your Password

All parents must reset their password.

When you login to PAM next time:

1. Go to the PAM login page using this LINK
2. Click “Forgot Password”.
3. A link to make a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

Password Rules

Your new password must:

• Be at least 12 characters long
• Have big letters (A–Z) and small letters (a–z)
• Include numbers and special characters (for example: ! @ # ?)
• Not be the same as your last two passwords
• Not use common or easy words (for example: your name or email)

2. Use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA is now required.

• When you log in, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email.
• Enter this code to access PAM.

3. Account Lockouts

To protect your account:

• If you enter the wrong password three times, your account will lock for 5 minutes.
• If you enter the wrong MFA code 10 times, your account will lock. You will need help from the school.

SIMON will also monitor all accounts to make sure everything is safe.

Please remember the app you may have used will no longer work. Please use your internet browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge etc)

If you are still unable to log in, please email us at admin@cranbourneeast.catholic.edu.au or call us on 5998 9293 to register your child's absence. 

Daily Student Attendance Reminder

Please be reminded that if your child will be absent, it is important to notify the school promptly. If no communication is received, the school will follow up with an SMS, phone calls to parents/guardians and emergency contacts, and an email. A final text from the principal will advise that Victoria Police may be contacted if no response is received. Your timely communication ensures the safety and well-being of all students.

Early Pickups and Appointments

If your child needs to leave school early for an appointment, please notify the school in advance and sign your child out at the office. Please be mindful of the following times:

• Recess: 11:05 – 11:35 AM
• Lunch: 1:45 – 2:15 PM

Students CANNOT BE PICKED UP DURING RECESS OR LUNCH, as they will be in different locations around the school. You may arrange to collect your child before or after these times. 

Additionally, students cannot be picked up from 3:00 PM, as they will be packing up for the day.
