Principal News

Dear Sacred Heart Community,

 Prayer

This Sunday, we celebrate Pentecost, the birthday of the Church and the day the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples. It reminds us that we are never alone; God's Spirit is with us, guiding, strengthening, and inspiring us to live with courage and love. May we continue to be people of peace and hope in our school and wider community.

Upcoming School Production: 'We Are Monsters'

 Thursday 3rd July 2025

Excitement is building as our school production 'We Are Monsters' comes to life. Students have been rehearsing with great energy and enthusiasm, with singing, dancing, and practising happening daily across the school.

Tickets for this amazing event will be available from next week. A link to order tickets and purchase a video recording via Humanitix will be sent out on Tuesday at 2:00pm, along with full details about pricing.

Please check Kate’s Music section of this week’s newsletter for more information.

We can’t wait to share this joyful performance with our school community!

Staff Professional Learning Day

A reminder that next Tuesday, 10th June, the day after the King’s Birthday public holiday, is a student free day for our Staff Professional Learning Day.

Staff will be focusing on Neurodiversity and Wellbeing, with Ebony Birch-Hanger, a respected expert in neuro-affirming practices, guiding the day and supporting staff in deepening their understanding of how to best support all learners.

This learning supports our ongoing commitment to inclusion and wellbeing, helping us continue to create a supportive and inclusive environment for every child.

MACSEYE will be offering before and after school care. Bookings must be made directly, and children must be registered prior to attending.

Thank you for your continued support.
