Term 2 Sports News

As we get into the last few weeks of the term it’s time to celebrate various sporting achievements from across our school.

Well done to all the students who competed in both the Northcote District and Darebin Division Cross Country events and best of luck to Hannah, Anu, Nora, Jack, Lois, Wilder, Asher, Ellie and Louis all of whom have made it through to the Northern Region Cross Country. Place getters from this event will go on to represent their schools in the state competition. 

Good luck to all our grade 6 students who have been training for either Soccer or Netball and will participate in the Northcote District inter-school gala day Fri 20th June at Narrandjeri Stadium

Congratulations to a number of students who have been participating in state trials in their chosen sports: Jack B 6B, Vic Metro AFL, Hannah T 6A and Emily W 6B (currently through to the second round of state soccer trials). 

Finally well done and best of luck to Hannah T 6A who recently accepted a scholarship at Maribyrnong Sports Academy in their soccer program for year 7 2026.
