The 30 to 40 minute tour will commence outside the Clemes building on the Argyle Street Campus and will be conducted by Lindy Gannon (Head of Year 7 & 8 in 2024), John Hoggart (Deputy Head of Year 7 & 8 in 2024), Shaun O'Rourke (Deputy Principal) and other staff.  Parents will have an opportunity to ask questions and be provided with more information on the structures and format for 2024.

New students and families to the School in Years 7 & 8 in 2024 will be provided with an opportunity to view the campus in Term 4.

There are currently two date options and we ask that parents/guardians book a spot to assist us in managing group sizes allocated to staff tour guides.

We encourage students to be in attendance where possible. More details about this event, including links for making bookings, will be provided in conjunction with the upcoming Progress Reports.

If you have any questions, please contact John Hoggart, Deputy Head of High School - Curriculum, or your child's Head of House.

Plant Donations

Year 10 students and our High School Environment Representatives, Ava Gelman and Remy Zeigler, are organising a plant initiative to bring more plants into classrooms around the school. The goal is to enhance air quality and oxygen levels, which enhance the aesthetics of our learning spaces and have been proven to enhance brain retention and concentration.

To bring this idea to life we need help from you. Either bring in any plants you or family members have at home that you wish to donate or bring cuttings of plants you already have. The Landcare group, run by Katrina Munting and Peter Smythe, will supply soil and pots. We invite anyone from the Friends' community who wishes to be a part of the process to bring these plants/cuttings in on the 11th of September to the Biology lab at 12:55 (N205) or non-students to bring them to the High School Office. Please feel free to contact Environment Representatives Remy or Ava or Peter Smythe if you have any questions.
