School of the Good Shepherd is a SunSmart School
As the weather warms up in the following weeks, we remind our families that SOGS is a registered SunSmart School. Please refer to the information below to prepare for warmer days ahead. SOGS students are required to wear a school hat during this warmer weather.
We ask that you support your child and teach them how to apply sunscreen in the morning so that they can reapply during the day. We encourage families to send personal mini sunscreen bottles for reapplications.
The rule ‘No Hat, No play’ applies and if students forget their hat, they will be asked to stay in the shaded Kiss and Drop area during play times.
We are excited to share our Term 4 SoGS Clubs timetable! Lunchtime clubs are an important part of our School that embraces and inspires our school value of ‘Belonging’. Clubs provide students with a relaxed and calm space to build on their social skills and friendship groups. This term Cooking club will continue Term 4 due to popular demand!! Other clubs beginning in Week 2 include: Homework, Library Helpers, UNO and Church clubs. Please refer to the timetable below if you would like to remind your child to participate.
